These Terms of Service govern your use of MASAR AI. By using MASAR AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use MASAR AI.
MASAR AI is an AI-powered marketing platform that provides: AI-generated marketing content (copy, images, videos), marketing strategy building, campaign management, content scheduling and publishing to social media platforms (TikTok, X, Snapchat, Meta/Instagram/Facebook), ad campaign creation and management on Meta and Snapchat using your own ad accounts, and performance analytics.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MASAR AI account and password. Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. MASAR AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
Content you generate through MASAR AI belongs to you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. MASAR AI is not responsible for any content published without user review.
MASAR AI offers different subscription plans for platform use. Prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time. No refunds are provided for used periods. These platform fees are entirely separate from advertising spend — see section 6.
When you use MASAR AI's Meta or Snapchat ads features, ad campaigns are created on your own ad account in Meta Business Manager or Snap Ads Manager, and ad costs are billed directly to the payment method attached to your ad account. MASAR AI does not collect any ad fees and does not store any credit card information for your ad account.
You are solely responsible for: all ad costs charged by Meta or Snap for campaigns you launch from MASAR AI, compliance with each platform's advertising policies (Meta Advertising Policies, Snap Advertising Policies), and any rejection, suspension, or refund tied to your ad account. All campaigns in MASAR AI are created in PAUSED status by default and only start spending after you explicitly activate them via a separate action within the platform.
MASAR AI is not liable for any ad losses or unsatisfactory return on investment. Ad results depend on many factors outside MASAR AI's control including targeting settings, creative quality, ad platform marketplace, and platform policies.
Each MASAR AI plan has specific usage limits including: daily content generation count, number of strategies, and active campaigns. Exceeding these limits may require a plan upgrade.
The MASAR AI platform and all related technologies, designs, and trademarks belong to MASAR AI. Content you create using MASAR AI belongs to you. No part of the MASAR AI platform may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior permission.
Your use of publishing and ads features is subject to each platform's terms and policies (Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Terms, Snap Advertising Policies, X Developer Terms). You agree to comply with those policies. Content that violates a platform's policy may be rejected or result in suspension of your account on that platform.
